The Murakami Family Foundation Provides Support to NPO Maternity Harassment Network, an Organization Dedicated to Addressing Pregnancy Discrimination in the Workplace.

[Background of Our Support]
There are two main reasons behind our support. First, as a working mother with a two-year-old child, I (Representative Director Aya Murakami) personally understand the challenges faced by working mothers. Through my own experiences with pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing, I feel that I can empathize with and support other women and their children.

The second reason stems from my experience of losing a daughter to stillbirth at six months of pregnancy in January of this year. During this unexpected and profound loss, I found that channeling my energy into supporting and standing by others who are experiencing difficulties helped me maintain a positive outlook.
