First, as a working mother with a two-year-old child, I (Representative Director Aya Murakami) personally understand the challenges faced by working mothers. Through my own experiences with pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing, I feel that I can empathize with and support other women and their children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second reason stems from my experience of losing a daughter to stillbirth at six months of pregnancy in January of this year.
